If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order by sending us an email at email@example.com. Please provide your name, order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and send you a conformation email within 24 hours.
We always make sure to inspect all our items before shipping so you can be fully satisfied with you purchase. In case of damaged item, please kindly provide us with full description and relevant photos (if applicable).
Please see below conditions of return:
- Return request must be completed within 5 calendar days
- Merchandise must be safely returned in unused, undamaged condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, stained, or have foul order
- All sale/discounted items, living, swimwear, holiday, and accessories are final sale
- If the return items do not meet the above conditions, With Love Baby Boutique holds the right to refuse the refund or exchange request
- Please note original shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE
The item must be returned to us within 10 days of receiving approval confirmation email from us. Please ensure safe return packaging (tracking service is recommended) as we are unable to accept return requests if the item is lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect it and make sure it meets all of our requirements as per our judgement. If all requirements are met, a STORE CREDIT CODE will be issued within 3-5 business days (we will notify via email).
